Who we are

NOCM is the Peninsula's public, educational, and government (PEG) access organization — evolved and modernized from Peninsula Area Public Access. We run a community channel and the tools that let anyone here make and share local media, from city council coverage to the stories that don't make the nightly news anywhere else.

What we believe

Local stories matter, and everyone deserves access to the airwaves. Community media is how a place stays connected to itself — so we keep the barrier to entry low: free training, shared equipment, and an open invitation to participate.

Supported locally

NOCM is a Washington nonprofit corporation, supported by the community it serves. Membership is free, donations are welcome, and there's a place for your voice whether you have five minutes or a whole production in mind.
